Troubleshooting Inside Tire Wear on Trailer Tire

2012 east 48 foot spread axle. Inside tire is wearing Down on the inside.

If only one tire is showing wear on the inside then it indicates that you are either overloading that side of your trailer and you need to spread out the load more, or something with your suspension isn't right. You would want to start off by making sure your trailer is loaded evenly on either side and then also check to make sure your leafs springs and your spindle aren't bent or damaged along with any other components connected to the tire/wheel/axle.
If the insides of your inside tires are wearing down quicker then that is a little easier as it just means you are overloading that axle and you need to shift or remove weight altogether.
You may need to take your rig to a shop to have them take a look if you aren't familiar with this kind of troubleshooting. I can try to offer more pointers once you do some inspecting but there really isn't just one thing that can cause this type of wear so you'll have to do some investigating.
