I checked with Thule regarding the fits of their ladder racks on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator and can confirm that the Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XTB (Black) and # TH500XT (Silver) do fit your truck.

This ladder rack is highly adjustable and mounting it only requires clamping the rack onto your bed rails so you do not need to do any type of drilling or other invasive installation steps. Xsporter rack on Jeep Gladiator The front rack adjustment is significantly impeded by the wheel wells. As a result, i need to know if the vertical bars can be lifted up and out of the mounting bracket for temporary removal.

The Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 450 lbs - Black # TH500XTB has a locking cap on the bottom that allows you to easily remove them when unlocked. When locked it prevents removal.
