Which Install Harness is Needed to Install P2 Brake Controller in 2015 Toyota Tundra
Question:
I was interested in purchasing the Tekonsha break controller 90885 for my 2015 Toyota Tundra. Your install video has the controller being installed with wiring harness number 3017-P while the kit comes with 3031-P, do I need to purchase the separate wiring harness or will the 3031-P do the job?

Tekonsha changed part numbers for the brake controller install harness for the 2015 Toyota Tundra. At one point it was the 3017 like you saw in the video but now the correct harness is part # 3031-P. So to install the P2 all you need is the # 90885 and the # 3031-P and you'd be set!
I attached a link to the install video you mentioned too that shows the P2 installed on a Toyota Tundra as well.
