In order to properly measure your bolt pattern, you'll need to remove the hubcap and then measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of its opposite to determine the diameter of the lug pattern on your wheels. The most common bolt patterns for 4 lug wheels are 4 on 4, 4 on 4-1/2 and 4 on 9.44. It's not impossible that your wheels have that bolt pattern, but I can't say I've ever seen that size. If you do have 4 on 9.44 wheels, we have a few options like the Dexstar Vintage Steel Wheel # AM20395.

If you can confirm your wheel bolt pattern on your 15" wheels, I can help you find a suitable replacement.

It should also be noted that your P235/75R15 tires are actually passenger tires, which are not safe to use on a trailer since trailer tires have stronger side walls and are designed with the load carrying duties of a trailer in mind-passenger vehicle tires do not have nearly as thick of sidewalls and don't provide adequate support when used in this application. You might want to consider switching to a tire with the ST prefix and an appropriate load rating for your trailer.
