Lippert Components Power Stabilizer Jack Motor Works But Shaft Will Not Turn

I have a Lippert stabilizer, model LC298707. What is the size of the electric motor roll pin? The motor operates but the stabilizer shaft does not turn.

I have attached a parts breakdown of the Lippert Components Power Stabilizer Jack but I am not sure which roll pin you are referring to. That said, it should like the shear pin may have been damaged so in which case you would need to replace the jacks as the shear pins are not replaceable, the Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack part # LC298707. If you are instead referring to the drive shaft on the motor, then the motor will need to be replaced with the C-800 Replacement Klauber Motor part # LC138445.

Please note, not all parts in the attached photo are available for replacement.
