Can Trailer Wheel with 1/2"-20 Wheel Bolt Holes Mount to Hub with M12 Studs

Is it safe to mount these wheels with a 1/2-20 wheel bolt size on a hub with M12 studs?

Yes, it is perfectly okay to use a trailer wheel like the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod # AM20242 you were looking at that features 1/2"-20 wheel bolt holes on a hub with M12 studs. The M12 studs are just slightly smaller in diameter but as long as you use lug nuts that have a 60 degree bevel (like part # CE11051) to match the wheel bevel this isn't an issue.
