Yes, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1143 fits the 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with active air shutters. You will also need a tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, supplemental braking system and possibly a high low adapter to flat tow the Jeep. For the Blue Ox base plate you will need, Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar part # BX7420 which will include safety cables so you won't need to purchase them separately.
For the tow bar wiring, I recommend Roadmaster Diode Kit part # RM-15267 which will give you a 6-way plug at the front of the Jeep that will plug into the included coiled cord to connect to the motor home's 7-Way for a clean looking installation. This kit will allow the Jeep's lights to activate when the motor home's lights activate. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
The best option for a braking system, is the Demco Stay-IN-Play braking system part # SM99251 because it requires virtually no maintenance once installed. It comes with an actuating air cylinder that attaches the Jeep's brake pedal and depresses it when the main unit of the system gets the signal that the motor home is braking. The cylinder stays on the brake pedal out the way even when you are ready to drive the Jeep compared to the other portable braking options that need to be removed from the floor board when you want to drive the vehicle.
If your motor home happens to have air brakes, you can use part # SM99243 which is the same setup but designed for air brakes.
Finally you may need a high low adapter to tow the vehicle level with the motor home. In order to know how much rise or drop it will require to tow level some measuring is required. I have attached a helpful article that helps you figure out which high low adapter may be needed and our selection of high low adapters.
