The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit part # 306-X7350 for the 2019 Subaru Impreza 5-Door Wagon with Single Exhaust allows for easy hitch pin access. There were some older model Imprezas that required the hitch pin to be added and removed from underneath the bumper with the EcoHitch installed because the hitch was behind a knock out panel in the fascia. The EcoHitch for the 2019 fits below the fascia so you will not have any issues getting to the hitch pin hole. I have attached a photo for your reference.
If you plan on doing some towing, you will need wiring. For the wiring, I recommend Tekonsha T-One wiring harness part # 118744 because this brand is known to last a bit longer than the other options available.
You may also consider the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you are not sure how much rise/drop you may need in a ball mount to tow your trailer level, I recommend to take a look at the helpful article I have attached about how to figure the amount of rise or drop you may need.
