There have been quite a few people who have had success with turns when using the Andersen Ultimate Connection # AM3200 and even though we generally say that you need 12" of travel (or offset) for a 90 degree turn, you may be okay with this system here on your 2013 Ram 2500 with the 6-1/2' bed, especially if your trailer has a tapered nose.
I have attached a section from the linked instructions for the Anderson Ultimate Connection where it tells you how to measure for 5th wheel trailer turning clearance. If you want to ensure that you can make a 90 turn then I recommend going with a sliding 5th wheel hitch like the Curt Q25 # C16566 but otherwise you should be good to go for most places that you'll travel.
