Bracket Kit Needed for Mounting Reese Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch on 2012 Ram 2500HD with Short Bed

Will be installing in 2012 Ram 2500HD 4x4 diesel with 6’ 4” bed.

I believe that you have the 43" Reese Base Rails # RP58058. If this is the case then you need the Bracket Kit # RP50140 for it to fit on your 2012 Ram 2500HD with the 6-1/2' bed. Please note that you also need unused hardware for the base rails which can be acquired at your local hardware store. A sample installation video has been linked for you to reference.
This will enable you to use the Reese slider # RP30051 or # RP30075 in your pickup.
If you have different brand base rails please let me know what you have as it isn't recommended to mix base rail and bracket manufacturer products.
