The best fifth wheel hitch we offer for your 2019 Ram 2500 for if you have the factory rail kit is the part # BWRVK3670. The B and W hitches are widely considered to be the best around due to how well they are made (right here in the USA), how easy they are to use, and how tightly they hold the king pin of the trailer which translates into a smoother ride quality.
Now if you didn't have the factory rail kit we can still get you a Companion hitch setup easily. The hitch you'd need is the part # BWRVK3400-5W which then fits the rail kit part # BWGNRK1320-5W that was custom made to fit your truck. An added benefit to this is that the rail kit actually doubles as a gooseneck hitch too.
