Can B&W Extend-A-Goose Coupler Be Used with Reese Goose Box on Ram with Factory Prep

I do have a way for you to gain some extra cab clearance when towing your 5th wheel trailer, however the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200 is not compatible with a Reese Goose Box like part # RP85FR. The two components simply won't fit together physically.
Since I believe your 2018 Ram is equipped with the factory puck system in the bed, I recommend taking a look at the B&W OEM Companion Slider # BWRVK3670 instead. This is an excellent 5th wheel hitch that will drop right into the existing pucks in the truck bed and it provides you with 12 inches of slider travel for cab clearance during sharp turns. It features 1" thick dual jaws for a really secure connection to the trailer along with a smooth, quiet ride. Its 3 height settings also let you maintain a level setup and it's made right here in the USA.
