For a fifth wheel rail kit that fits your 2015 Ford F-250 you'll want a custom fit kit like the Reese part # RP50026-58 as the custom kits minimize drilling and install time compared to trying to make a universal kit fit. There's also no frame drilling with the custom install kits which is nice too since truck frames are really thick and harder to drill through. This rail kit is compatible with all hitches designed for industry standard rails like Reese, Draw Tite, Curt, Valley, B&W Patriot, etc.
