Could Trailer Tire Size 205/65-10 be Replaced with ST145-12R
Question:
I currently have a 8X8 all aluminum tilt bed snowmobile trailer with 205-8-10 tires. I only haul vintage Snowmobiles, so maximum total weight of trailer and sleds is less than 1,200 Lbs. Could I consider running my ST145-12R radial wheels on my 8X8 trailer? Would there be any stability loss using these narrow tires?

The trailer tire size ST145/R12 is a very stable size that would work well on your snowmobile trailer. It looks like you have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern so you could use the part # AM31202 and have a great looking wheel and tire combo in the size you want. This has a capacity of 1,220 lbs at 65 psi which would be more than enough.
