Can B&W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3670 be Installed in Long Bed 2019 Ram 3500 with Ram Rail Kit  

Question:

I have the 3670 slider in my 2016 Ram with a short bed and recently purchased a 2019 Ram 3500 with a 8 foot bed. I know the hitch will mount in the new truck but was curious if there is any unforeseen problems using a slider in a 8’ bed. Obviously I won’t need the slide function. Thanks

You can install your B and W Companion Slider hitch # BWRVK3670 in your long bed 2019 Ram 3500. You won't end up needing the slider function but it won't hurt anything to have the hitch be a slider. At worst it would be a bit heavier to install and remove than the fixed hitch version # BWRVK3600.
