Will B and W Hitch BWHDRH25122 Fit 1977 Ford F-150 with 37 inch Frame Width

My 1977 ford f150 has a frame width of 37 inch out to out what hitch do I need

A 37 inch wide truck frame like what you have on your 1977 Ford F-150 a very common width so for a hitch the B and W # BWHDRH25122 would work really well. The other common frame width is 34 inch but you only see those on cab and chassis trucks that were sold without a truck bed.
