American Made St 235/75/15 Travel Trailer Tires
Question:
I keep reading about folks having St 235/75/15 on there trailers, and the response is you have regular tires instead of trailer tires, someone has changed them out, thats not true Ive found many trailers with st235/75/15 trailer tires, I have brand new Westlake 235/75/15 on my single axle camper with a 5200lb Axle, I would love to replace these tires, my travel trailer is an off road trailer so I need the ground clearance, does anyone know of a reliable heavy duty trailer tires that I can replace these Westlakes with? I can go larger but I cant go smaller,I keep hearing the horror stories about Westlake tires and with a single axle I have reason to be cautious, maybe Westlake has gotten better I dont know,

We have had good experiences with Westlake tires overall and they have performed well for our customers. We do also have another option.
You could go with the tire already mounted ST235/80R16 Radial Tire Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 # AM32764 or the ST235/80R16 Radial Tire w 16" White Spoke Wheel - 8 on 6-1/2 # AM34903 depending on your bolt pattern.
