I think you're referring to the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball mount, but please let me know if you're referring to a different product. Because the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98854 has a 2" receiver opening, you will be able to use it with a B&W Tow Ball Mount like the # BWTS10037B which has a 2" receiver shank. The B&W has the ability to provide between a 5" drop and 5-1/2" rise depending on how it is mounted and what setting the ball is placed.
The one thing I would mention with your 2015 Grand Caravan is because of the low clearance that you may run into issues using the B&W Tow & Stow. I would recommend measuring the distance between your hitch receiver and the ground to determine what is going to work best for your vehicle.
I will also say that using a heavy duty ball mount like this does not increase the towing capacity of your vehicle. From what I'm able to determine with my research is that your 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan has a towing capacity of 3600-lbs; I would recommend verifying this with your owner's manual to be sure, but if this is the case, you'll only be able to tow up to 3600-lbs with this hitch and ball mount.
I've also linked our article on how to measure for the correct rise/drop in the event that you need more than 5" to 5-1/2" rise/drop with your towing setup. If you need more than that either way, you'll need to choose a different adjustable ball mount. I've also linked all of our adjustable ball mounts for you to look at, but let me know if you need assistance finding a particular measurement.
