I recommend the B and W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package part # BWRVK3600 to fit the prep package of your 2019 Ram 3500. The B and W Companion will drop down into the puck system of your Ram and lock in with a simple lever latch system. The 1" thick dual jaw of the Companion allows for full king pin contact which reduces chucking and that annoying rattling noise that you would experience with the other options.
