Will Thule T2 Platform-Style Bike Rack # TH69TXFit on 2010 Mercury Mariner

Will this product fit on a 2010 Mercury Mariner? Are there any special parts need to make it work on this vehicle?

The Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack Platform Rack, part # TH69TX, will fit on a Class III 2-inch hitch. If you have a 2-inch hitch on your 2010 Mercury Mariner, this bike rack will work with no extra parts needed. It can be set up to hold 2 or 4 bikes as needed.
If your Mariner has a factory 1-1/4 inch hitch you can use the Thule T2 Classic 2 Bike Platform Rack, part # TH9045, which is the same style bike rack for 2 bikes, but will fit the 1-1/4 inch hitch size.

If your Mariner does not have a hitch, you will need to install a 2-inch hitch like the etrailer, # e56AR, on your vehicle. With the hitch installed you will then be able to use the Thule T2 bike rack # TH9044, in the 2-inch hitch.
