The Truck Bed Stake Pocket Chrome Anchor Points (DISCONTINUED) 92509 are a universal fit so while I can't really confirm that they will fit your 2019 Chevy Colorado right off-hand, I can say that the plate measures 2-1/4" x 3-1/8" and the smaller rubber piece on the bottom of the plate measures 1-1/4" x 2".

You should take a look at the Erickson # EM01006 Stake anchor. They fit the smaller Ford Ranger, so they should fit your Colorado

If this doesn't work for your Colorado I have attached a link to our selection of stake pocket tie down anchors that you can reference. You'll need to compare the different measurements with your stake pockets to ensure a fit.
