Tow Bar Lighting Recommendation for 2012 Jeep Wrangler

I need to wire a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport for flat towing. I am going to be using a Brake Buddy Classic system. Which wiring product do I need? Is there a conflict with Jeep brake lights and RV brake lights?

The easiest solution for tow bar wiring that fits your 2012 Jeep Wrangler is the plug and play Hopkins kit part # HM56200 which installs easily by plugging inline with the taillight connectors of your vehicle and then gives you a 4-way connector you'll route to the front of the vehicle. No wire splicing or light socket cutting required unlike other options. I attached an install video that will walk you through the install process for you to check out as well. It also would work just fine with the Brake Buddy Classic part # HM39494 that you plan to install as well.

Now to go from the 7-way at the rear of your tow vehicle to the 4-way of the Hopkins kit you'd just need the coiled adapter part # 787196.
