Availability of Adapter for Plugging In Camper 7-Way to AC Outlet
Question:
Is there such thing as a 7-way trailer plug to a 110 or 240 outlet converter? My trailer only has the 7-way trailer plug but I would like to use it for camping and be able to plug into electric. Is this possible?

There is not an adapter available that would allow you to plug the 7-Way connector on your trailer to an AC outlet. The main issue is that the signal lights, electric brake assemblies, and 12V battery that the camper's 7-Way is wired to are all designed to accept 12V DC power, so they couldn't be powered from a 110V AC outlet.
This kind of setup would require some pretty significant changes and additions to your camper, including an AC/DC panel like # PD4560K18LS8 and a separate power inlet and cord. You would also need to re-wire the trailer so that everything can be run on either AC or DC power.
If you are just needing to easily power your accessories while camping the best solution is with a portable inverter generator like the # 289-SUA2000i , which provides you with 2,000 watts of starting power and 1,600 watts of running power output.
