Can I Upgrade Curt Hitch For 16K To A20 Without Changing Rails
Question:
If I upgrade from a 16000 pound Curt hitch to a 20,000 lb Curt hitch do I have to change the mounting rails

If you have industry standard rails in the truck that match the photo I have attached and you want to switch Curt fixed Q20 part # C16130 or the Curt A20 slider part # C16541 that attaches to standard industry rails you will not need to change the mounting rails.
If you are trying to a switch to a Q20 that fits an OEM puck system I would need to know your year make and model to assist with that conversion.
