How to Determine Compatibility of 5th Wheel Hitch and Toolbox in 6-3/4 Bed of 2019 Ford F-350

Question:

I want to install a BWRVK3370 on my 2019 F350 regular bed truck. However, I have a transferflow toolbox/fuel tank combo installed and Im concerned I may not have enough clearance for the slider frame to fit. Can you tell me what the minimum amount of clearance is needed to be able to install and utilize the BWRVK3370, as far as from centerpoint of gooesneck hitch to very front of the fifth wheel hitch on cab side? I believe I have ~15.5inch of clearance and I think I read somewhere I need 15, but obviously want to make sure I have enough before I purchase this. If I need more than 15.5inch of clearance, is there a different slider system you would recommend for my situation? The toolbox is 18" wide but you have to consider that the bolt-down tabs (2 x in front shown in picture below, 2 x in rear are not visible) are 1.5" wide, thus if you mounted the toolbox as close as possible to the front edge of the bed, it would stick out 18+1.5 = 19.5" total

Thank you for the photo and measurements of the transfer tank in your 2019 Ford F-350. Once you install the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package part # BWRVK3370 into the factory puck system it will stick out 8-11/32" from the puck holes closest to the cab.

If you measure 8-11/32" from the puck holes closest to the cab towards the cab and don't touch the transfer tank then you will have clearance to use the Companion. We do recommend at least 5"-6" above the bed rails for bed rail clearance with the overhang of the fifth wheel as well but since your tool box is flush with the bed rails you shouldn't have an issue there.
