Can Access TonnoSport Install on Truck Bed with Bed Liner

Will this cover still work if I have a plastic bed liner in place?Bed

The Access TonnoSport # A22020319 that you referenced can work with bed liners that go under the bed rails but not over them. As long as the bed liner basically comes right up under the top part of the truck bed rail these will fit. I attached a picture that shows the clamping mechanism of the kit so that you can get a better idea.
