Will the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket Fit a 2001 Dodge Durango

Will this rack fit on my Durango 2001 4x4 ?

The Curt basket, # C18115, will fit on crossbars that are up to 3 inches wide. The crossbar spread needs to be at least 15 inches when measuring from the center of one bar to the center of the other bar. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
If the Durango roof rack has side rails that run front to back, but no crossbars, you will need to add crossbars to mount the basket. However, the available crossbar systems from Rhino-Rack, see link, have bars that are 3-1/8 inches wide so the Curt basket will not fit.
Instead, the Thule Canyon basket, # TH859XT will fit because it fits a variety of crossbars and will also fit crossbar spreads of 20" wide to 37" wide. I have included a link to a video review of this basket for you.
