Question:

mounting plate for trailer receptacle, do you have a video showing how to use your product in order to fix my rusted out bracket? Please also include the best part number for my truck.

You will be able to use the Draw-Tite Mounting Bracket for 7-Way # 18138 on your 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500HD truck and I've attached a video to this answer that shows it being mounted on an older model- but the process is still the same. You'll need to drill some holes on your existing hitch to mount this, but it's a universal bracket so as long as you've got a flat piece of frame or bumper on the rear of the truck, you'll be able to make this work.

If you wanted a no-drill option, you can use the Curt # C57202 to accomplish the same thing.
