Question:
Do you have this with a 4.75 hub? I have a 2019 Trailerman Trailer.

We actually have that exact trailer tire mounted on a dual wheel with a 5.35 offset and a pilot diameter of 4.77" (also known as 4.75" by some manufacturers) with part # TA96FR.
This has the same 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern for the wheel and a load range E for the Provider tire just like what you show pictured.
