What you are looking for is a dual stage propane regulator with an automatic changeover like the JR Products Compact Low Pressure 2-Stage Automatic Changeover # 37207-31525. This connects to both of your tanks and automatically switches between them so that you can use both tanks without having to manually switch between them.
For a 15 inch pigtail to connect from each tank to the regulator then we have the steel braided part # 100833-15 which will work great.
