Grease Seal Replacement for Shorelandr 171-255
Question:
I have a 2001 trailer VIN1MDAJLP142A196333 with a 171-255 seal but mine is .33 inches high as opposed to the .50 inch I see as the replacement seals. Are the two interchangeable or is there a .33 inch seal available? I am afraid that the .5 seal will ride too far in on the spindle and wear prematurely.

For your trailer that has the Transcom grease seal 171-255 we have the replacement seal part # RG06-050 as an exact fit which would work really well! The width/thickness and other dimensions match. I attached an install video for this too.
