Adapter Recommendation that Can Fit Yakima FatCat 6 to Audi Q8 Crossbars

Audi q8 year is 2019 (first year in us). Is the mighty Mount better fit than y8860078?

The universal MightyMount part # Y03590 is a fit for the older style of Yakima FatCat 6 that you have and can fit crossbar sizes up to 4 inches wide and 1-1/2 inches tall so it should work well for you. I don't have the year of Q8 that you have though so I wasn't able to fully confirm this though. Send me the year of your vehicle and I'll be able to get a full confirmation.

Thanks for getting back to me with that! So the MightyMounts do fit the factory crossbars of your 2019 Audi Q8. That said the better option is the replacement mounting hardware part # Y8860078 that you referenced which I was able to confirm also as a fit for your factory crossbars.
