A fifth wheel trailer that weighs 4,000 lbs is very lightweight relative to what they normally weigh. All of the hitches we offer would have quite a bit more capacity than you'd need so from that perspective they all would work.

The hitch you mentioned part # C16541 is a really great option with more capacity than you'd need but it has a jaw design that will hold the king pin of your trailer tightly.. It's capacity is 5 times more than you'd need as it's rated for up to 20,000 lbs but there really isn't a downside to having a hitch with more capacity than needed so it will still work great for you.

In event you were referring to vertical pin weight of your trailer being 4,000 lbs this hitch has a 5,000 lb pin weight capacity.
