Heater on Thomas Payne Theater Seating Not Working

I have no heat in my Thomas Paine Theater seating each side broke independently

There could be 2 different issues here, so I'll give you a way to test out the control box which will help us figure out what the issue might be.

To test the heater unplug the red and black wires from the control box (located behind and under your recliner) and test using a multimeter like part # PTW1714. Using the continuity setting on the meter, check and see if there is continuity on the wires of the control box- if you have continuity then that means the control box is bad and you can replace it with part # 195-387596 (for Momentum Series Recliners only)

If you don't have continuity then the heater is bad and your recliner will need to be replaced in order to have the heating functions active. These Thomas Payne couches have a 1 year warranty, so if you're within the 1 year from time of purchase, you should be able to get them replaced. If you're out of warranty and you'd like to replace them, let me know what color and model you have and I can recommend the appropriate replacement.

If all of the other functions are also inoperable, let me know and I can give you a few other things to look at that may help.
