Is Supplemental Braking Required to Flat Tow 1991 Jeep Wrangler

My 1991 Jeep YJ GVW is 3800 lbs. Do I need a brake assist, to flat tow in AZ?

At this point supplemental towing is required in all states when flat towing a vehicle like your 1991 Jeep YJ Wrangler. While this might seem like an expensive inconvenience it does save the brakes of your tow vehicle from having to stop a lot more weight than they were designed for and gives you a safer setup in the event of an emergency as well. The Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR is the easiest to setup and provides excellent proportional braking so it would be what I would recommend.
