For the type of weight you're looking at on the enclosed trailer I definitely recommend going with a frame-mounted trailer hitch. The Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch # C13704 will work really nicely as long as your Crossroads Cruiser has a box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frame that's 22 inches to 66 inches wide to which the hitch can mount.

The Class III hitch can either be bolted to the frame using the included hardware or you can have somebody weld it directly for a no-drill application. It's designed specifically for trailers like this and it features a 5,000 pound towing weight capacity and a 500 pound tongue weight limit, which represents the highest-rated unit we have available for this type of application. If you think the tongue weight on your trailer will exceed this I recommend doing everything possible to reduce it. The 600 pound estimate you mentioned is awfully high for a 3,000 pound trailer (tongue weight should typically be 10 to 15 percent of the trailer's total weight) and it would likely lead to a pretty rough ride, especially since you are triple towing.

I have attached a short video review and the written installation manual that you can check out as well. I lastly just recommend that you check any local laws with regards to triple towing as it isn't legal everywhere.
