I called and spoke with my contact at Timbren and got the measurements for you. On the Timbren system, # TGMRASTBHD, the overall height of the assembled spring is 4-3/4 inches. It sits on the axle in place of the old bump stop.
For system # TGMFAST, the overall height is 4-1/2 inches. These units sit on the control arm. I have included links to the installation instructions for both systems and a link to an FAQ article on Timbren systems for you.
