How Long Are Spring Bars on Curt MV Weight Distribution System C17063

Question:

I will include and email with picture of the trailer with tape showing length. After reviewing the pic can you tell be if the bar lengths work? My concerns is cross member and what chain system will work on it. specs are right for my configuration.

The spring bars on the Curt MV Weight Distribution System # C17063 are 31-5/8 inches long. Judging by the photo you attached, you should be able to install the chain brackets behind the cross member but it may be a tight fit.

What I would recommend is to also purchase a set of bolt-on chain brackets # C17005 just in case you run into any clearance issues. These brackets are bolted to the side of your trailer frame so any interference on top or on the inside of your trailer frame is inconsequential. This will allow you to install the system either way and if you find you didn't need the bolt-on brackets, you can always return them.
