How to Remove Stromberg Carlson VGD-02-100 Tailgate to Load 4-Wheeler in Truck Bed

is this easily removed for loading my 4wheeler

It sure is! You'd start by opening the tailgate an slipping off the safety cables that hold the tailgate open to 90°. Then, tilt the tailgate so it's open to 45°, lift up on the passenger side-end of the tailgate and as you're lifting, slide the whole tailgate to the right so it slips off the pivot on the driver's side. After the first time, it'll take a minute or so.
