The 6.50x13 tire size is an older sizing used in the 1970s. It means the tire is 6-1/2 inches wide and the height of the tire is 23.4 inches.
The closest modern trailer tire size we carry to this is ST175/80R13 like part # AM10210. The AM10210 is 7 inches wide and 24.1 inches in diameter so it is larger than your existing tires. I recommend to replace all of the tires because you do not want to mix sizes. It will fit 13" x 4-1/2", 13" x 5" and 13" x 5-1/2" size wheels so it should fit your wheel if it's 13 inches.
