Replacement Winch for 2003 Ranger F621 Boat Trailer
Question:
The winch on the trailer for my 2003 Ranger FS621 is beginning to fail. What would you recommend as a replacement? I like the idea of a two speed. Will it fit the existing mounting holes or will I need to drill new ones?

Looks like you have an older Fulton winch on your Ranger boat trailer which uses the same bolt pattern as the 2,600 lb # F142416 that you referenced. This jack also has 2 speeds like you are wanting so it would be a great replacement solution.
The gear ratios of the # F142416 are 5.1:1 and 12.2:1 which means there's a slower speed for when the winch is pulling a lot of weight and a faster speed when the weight is considerably less.
I attached a review video for this winch for you to check out as well.
