If not can the 6-5-1/2 hubs be put on the 3500 LB axles? If so can the spring perches not be welded on the axles but ship separately?

Thank you for providing such detailed information in your question. Because mobile home trailer axles are intended for one time use, a better option here will be to replace the axle and hubs. The Dexter axle Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles - 95" Long - 3,500 lbs # 7359765 will match well to the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3.5K E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K.

We aren't able to ship the spring perches separately but you can definitely weld new ones # TRSS238 to your axle but it's important to first verify if moving the spring perches will affect the axle's integrity. I contacted Dexter and they recommended no further than 18" of distance from hub plate to spring center (combined total, 9" both sides) to maintain 3,500lb axle integrity. Minimum distance 11.25" for idler hubs, 11.75" for electric brakes.

Included are video resources for additional information.
