Question:
My lights are not working on draw tight cargo basket - can you replace just the Bulbs or do you have to bu the whole kit? The light seems to be sealed so I cam guessing the whole kit

The tail lights included with the Cargo Carrier Light Kit # 20174 are submersible and completely sealed so there's not a way to replace just the bulb. You could however just replace the light assemblies themselves with the Optronics # ST70RB, which is the light used in the kit.
Before replacing anything though I would first make sure that the light is the issue and there's not something going on with the wiring on your vehicle. Assuming you have this plugged into a 4-Way on the vehicle I recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2979 to test the pins on the 4-Way while you have the lights activated. Make sure you are getting power at the appropriate pins. If you don't, then the issue is on the vehicle and not with the lights.
If this is the case you will want to check for any blown fuses under the hood related to trailer lighting and inspect the wiring from the 4-Way harness for any pinched or damaged areas that need to be replaced.
