Is Drilling Required for the Marker Light RV Side Cameras for Furrion Vision S Systems

Question:

I have read a couple of reviews that people have had to drill new mounting holes in their trailers not sure what model or how oldt hey are to mount these. I have a 2019 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Light just wondering if you know if these would fit or would new holes needed to be drilled. Thanks

The Marker Light RV Side Cameras w/ Night Vision for Furrion Vision S Systems part # FCE48TASL are not designed to match up with existing mounting holes as they can be used in place of all different types of side marker lights which do not all use the same mounting pattern. That said, the hole that is used to guide the power wire to the exterior of the trailer could be reused but the two small mounting holes for the light would likely need to be drilled, or at least one of them but this is very easy to do and should take you no time at all. There would not be any visible holes once the light is installed if that is what you are worried about.

Please note, the Marker Light RV Side Cameras w/ Night Vision for Furrion Vision S Systems only works with the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System part # FOS05TASF which has the larger 5" monitor.
