The B and W Patriot 16k hitch part # BWRVK3200 you referenced is an excellent choice for you as B and W fifth wheel hitches are known to offer the smoothest and quietest ride quality when towing compared to everything else out there. This is primarily due to the jaw design that holds the trailer king pin very tightly and the cushioning present in the hitch head. This also fits your 16,000 lb capacity but if you wanted the higher rated version of this we have the # BWRVK3255 which has an 18k capacity instead.
