are the hole pattern on the door hook and keeper all the same?

They are indeed. Vertically, the holes of the # 383400 hook and keeper are 1 inch apart and 2-5/16" apart horizontally as shown in the photo I've edited for you. If you click the provided link, you can see an installation video.
