Wiring Tekonsha ZCI Trailer Wiring Kit to 2008 Inifiti FX45
Question:
This car has 2 wires for all 3 functions I have added the stop and tail light as well but nothing seems to work correctly. I start with headlights the show working so I goto turn lights they show working then brakes nothing then when I recheck circuits one brake light and driving lights stay on until I hit brakes then all shut off except right brake when released goes back to previous. Any thoughts? Also I had to mount the unit in the ceiling of the vehicle because the wires are too short

For two wire systems like your 2008 Inifiniti FX45 Tekonsha says to wire up the ZCI kit part # 119250KIT to the vehicle wiring by using the yellow wire ran to the left turn/brake signal wire, the green to the right turn/brake wire, and the brown to either of the tail light/headlight circuits.
You didn't mention exactly how you wired your vehicle to the system but I'd verify that you wired it all up like that.
