I need to verify the drawtite hitch listed for the Prius V. The page talks a lot about the 2011 Prius sedan.

According to my contacts at Draw-Tite, the Draw-Tite Class I receiver # 24847 is a fit for the 2012 Prius and the Prius V.
I have linked you to the install instructions as well as an install video that you might find helpful. The video shows the hitch being installed on a 2010 Prius, but the procedure for your 2012 Prius V would be very similar.
