What is the measurement between the 2 plates. This is the spot where the bumper would go?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13432 is a confirmed fit for a 2007-2020 Jeep Wrangler/Wrangler Unlimited so if this is what you have then I can confirm compatibility but if you have another year/model just let me know what that is and I will see if we have a trailer hitch for you. That said, the width of the channel which will also match the width of the rear bumper support is 3-1/8" which you can see in the attached photo.
