Troubleshooting No 12V Power on 7-Way of 2017 Ram 3500

No 12 volt out the trailer plut already charged the pink fuse under the hood I think it was #30

The 30 amp pink fuse located in the F30 position is indeed the right fuse to check with regards to the 12V circuit on the 7-Way of your 2017 Ram 3500.
If you changed the fuse and you still aren't getting any power at this pin then there is likely an issue with the factory wiring. You can either take the truck up to a local Ram dealer to have them take a look or you could just run your own power wire using a length of 10 gauge wiring like # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot). Run the new wire from the 12V pin on the 7-Way up to the truck's battery via a 40 amp breaker like # 9510.
